I'm searching or someone who can help me making around 40 excercises from Schaum's outlines Optics from Eugene Hecht. (pdf can be found here: [login to view URL]). It will be splitted in 3 or 4 times 10 excercises, with one week interval. I am a last year engineer student working on my thesis with no experience in optics. For a small side course they want us to make those excercises within one month. Because of the deadline of my thesis I have no time to learn about optics and make the excercises, so I am looking for help. What I expect is good communication, you can solve the excercises by hand and send the scans/photocopies by email. I will copy (and check them within my possibilities) them by hand myself before handing them in. Also the answers are given for each excercise, so it is purely the calculation and some sketches that count. (For example, one of the excercises is 2.32 found on page 30 of the pdf). What I offer? I offer honest and direct communication. I prefer payment by paypal and I will not give you a hard time and bargain about a few dollar. Since the excercises are relatively short (the first ones will only be 1 or 2 lines) my guess is it won't take very long. Estimated cost for the whole project is around 200 - 250 dollar, but as said can be dicussed accordingly. T

Hello, I have degrees in math, computational physics, chemistry, and a CS minor. I took an optics class in college and used Hecht's book. I also worked in an optics lab for a year. We studied quantum effect but used optics to study it. Your problem: Diamond has a wavelength of 243 nm, Zircon has a wavelength of 306 nm. you divide Diamond by Zircon to get .79. The formula to compute that is Wave= wave(Inital)/refractive index. I can help you with this class, no problem. I look forward to speaking with you.

Skill and experience: I have a sound background of physics and given the problem at hand I expect to solve your problem to your complete satisfaction. Work rate: Work rates are negotiable and being new I am more in need of solid remarks rather than bucks. I believe your problem won't cost much of my time too. Direct communication would be good. Querries: Your problem seems pretty straight forward however a direct communication via skype (preferably) might raise a few simple ones. Payment method: Paypal doesn't work here in Pakistan so I would be honest that I have no other option but wire transfer. So, you can make it part of decision in selecting me.
