I have a 3 years of experience in the customer support of Canadian Heating and Cooling Company as a Senior Customer Support Executive, my J.D was to manage my team members, look for their quality when they are talking to customers, my other task was to handle priority customers queries effectively on the phone, and segment our customers on the basis of their purchase from the company and give them importance according to it. I also used to research on google and try to find different ways to market our product, I used to effectively post comments on different top websites.
