Cold Calling and Emailing Russian Major Real Estate Brokers

Freelancer has to compile a list of biggest real estate brokerages in all biggest cities of Russia with their email and phone numbers. He has to email them (we will provide text in Russian) and then call them to follow up. We want conversations to be recorded. Freelancer has to have great communication skills and previous cold calling sales experience. This is not going to be difficult cause Real Estate brokerages love to get listings, it cost them nothing and there is high commission potential. This is 3 million dollar property, so we are looking for a person that will be able to provide adequate representation for it. The best would be for freelancer to describe how much time he needs to send an email and to make a phone call (lets allow for a typical 10-15 min conversation) and quote us his rate per call. If call is not recorded we assume that it wasn't made.
