We would like to find the partner to serve our customers in US, who can help us about inbound & outbound calls.
Inbound calls: maybe our customer will have a call about the after-sales policy, and the product information. The agent should have some regular answer, and gather the caller's information and forward to us to follow up.
Outbound calls: we will arrange some calls to our customer to ask for their opinion about the product and our service.
I think maybe the job will take about 1 hour per day,and it's long time, maybe it will last a couple of months.
We hope you have the call center work experience, and it's better if you are in USA.
