Chinese English Translation from Audio

I would need a Chinese recording translated into English. It's a track that's 2:35:19 long where people are speaking English and Chinese. I need the Chinese bits translated into English. Sometimes people are hard to understand on the track, so you have to listen carefully. The translation does NOT have to be professional quality. It is enough if you can write English and understand Chinese fluently. I have attached a 30 second sample from the track. You would need to translate those 30 seconds for me as a trial before I hire you. As output I would like a text file that's readable, ie: - line breaks when the speaker changes - always indicating whether a phrase was translated or appeared in English on the track - indicating long pauses on the track Thank you.
