I have seen the example youtube link and provided you have all the necessary footage on dropbox etc then this will be very easy to replicate well. I have years of experience working as a director and editor in television but the basic storytelling skills required are just as valid for short online content as hour long documentary - you need to grab your clients attention, revealing the property and showing it in its best light. I would imagine producing a short 1 min video (if that is your aim), the sequence of clips building to show off the property in its best light. I can deliver online via most formats (dropbox/google drive/we transfer etc) and could potentially upload a video to youtube for you if you liked. I imagine you need a full resolution video + an online resolution (I can advise on this) but let me know your preferred formats and I can produce anything you need.
