I have two existing videos of 1 minute each. My current freelancer left Freelancer.com . 1) video 1: there is a text over. In the existing video, I need to blur/to hide some names which appears on the video at 4 different places during the 1 minute video. Video1 link: 2) video 2: it is already done (see link below) but it should be redone from zero, because the previous freelancer left Freelancer. There is as well a voice over.
