A youtube video for a song

The project is to produce a youtube video for an original rock song called Pocket Dynamite (attached file). The song was written and recorded by myself after last years London Olympics, and is about the Paralympic swimmer and gold medalist Ellie Symmonds. You will have a large amount of creative freedom, but I am looking for something that aims to inspire. The song is a tribute to Ellie who overcame difficult odds, in her case being very small, to achieve fantastic goals. You will need to research a bit about her if you are not already aware of her achievements. If possible I would like you to use photographic or video footage of Ellie in the video you make, but we would have to be aware of legal implications and permissions needed. We would discuss any ideas you or I have before you made the video. I aim to make more videos, as I am writing, recording, and releasing songs of different styles on a monthly basis. If you are able to make a simple, but effective and creative video on a low budget (up to a maximum 250 pounds sterling, about $400) then I would be potentially interested in using your services 3 or 4 times a year. So this video would also be an application for future work. I would like to be able to see some examples of your existing work first of course. I'm sure more questions will be arising, and I am happy to answer any of them. This is my first time using Freelancer, so I will only make decisions after a good deal of careful thought.
