We're a small e-commerce company that needs help with customer support on an ongoing basis. We are looking to take someone on part-time for now 15-25 hours a week at first and it may turn into 30-45 hours per week over the upcoming months as we continue to grow. Your bid is for your hourly wage. Your job will include answering support tickets. helping with customer support. refunding customers orders. downloading customers shipping info and uploading it into shipping software. Greetings! I am very much interested in this project. As the project description says almost everything I need to know to get interested in this job. I am describing my customer support job experiences below. I've been working as customer support representative since 2012. I worked with many companies including startups and well-established companies. While working as customer support agent, my responsibilities were Live Chat, Phone Support, Email Support, Ticket Support, Helping customer tracking their parcels, refunding and many more. I have one land line to make and receive calls. However, outbound calls are costly, so we did avoid making calls but receiving was OK. I am available on USA business times. From 9 AM to 5 PM (EST) I work from home. I have a separate room for my work with high speed internet connections. I am married and I don't have any kids. Only me and my wife live in this house. It's quite and far from noise and streets. I've done support for a few UK companies. One was ready-made apparel company, another was flooring company. The last UK company I worked with was selling teeth whitening products. I have 4 years of experience in customer support sector. I have knowledge on necessary tools which are needed to provide good support to customers.
