debug Paypal Express in .Net application(repost)

We have intergrated paypal express into my 1.1 .net application It is working. The hard coding has been done. I need a very experienced paypal developer to assist us to fine tune our paypal intergration. Here is what you must do for this project. It is as if [login to view URL] thinks that this is a not shipable/taxable item. We have fields in my database that indicate if the item is shipable or subject to tax.
