Create Vista Compatible Setup Program for VB6 Application

I have a VB6 application deployed using a setup program created by Wise Installation System 9.0 (Professional). Wise 9.0 does not install under Windows Vista, so I need a new setup program to replace Wise, hopefully one that is simple, easy to use and free. I need you to create a setup script for the new setup program. Please tell me which setup program you intend to use, why, and how much it costs to purchase (if anything). Task Description: Using my VB 6.0 Wise script as a template, create a setup script in a new setup program of your choice (in English). I will pay you quickly providing that the script: - Compiles on my PC - Produces a compiled EXE or MSI file - Installs my application successfully under Vista - Provides my application with full read/write permissions to the installation directory under Windows Vista (e.g. c:Program filesMyApp) - The script should work with XP, Vista, 2003 Server More information about the current setup program including dependencies in contained in the attached word document.
