Cusomer Accounts in Visual Basic

I am i need of code for the following project: I need an application that uses a structure to store the following data about customer account: Last Name, First Name, Customer Number, Address, City, State, ZIP Code, Telephone Number, Account Balance, and Date of Last Payment. The application should allow the user to save customer account records to the file, search the file for customer by last name, and print a report listing all the customer records in the file. Input Validation: Make sure user enters data for all fields. Do not accept negative numbers for the account balance. Project Requirements: •A decision statement (If... Then..., a Case Statement, etc....) •A control structure (For...Next..., Loop, etc....) •Exception Handling •A Flowchart •Variables •Form Controls (textboxes, labels, etc....) Additionally, in order to personalize the Project, display first and last name, Mike Smith, in a Label control in the top left corner of your main form. To do this you must find the letters of name, Mike Smith, in the Academic Ethics and Integrity Statement(attached). Using string manipulation techniques, concatenate these letters to form name, Mike Smith. Output this concatenated string to the label on form.
