Change Template on a Joomla site and simple shopping cart

Hi! I am looking for a Joomla expert/ designer who can change my current website template. The website will sell art & crafts from indigenous artisans. I already created the joomla site and bought the actual template, but I don´t like it and I would like to change it, probably will be necessary make some adjustments, I need someone who has good skills on this to do it, I don´t have the time. I have not published on Internet the current site, I have the domain and hosting ready once the new template is finished. All the content from the current site need to be correctly placed with the new template. I have an example of the new template that I want to be adapted to the current one. I could get the new template or if you have the experience and skills to create something very similar I will pay for it instead of buying it on the template [login to view URL] should specify if your are able to create the new template or just change it. The template has to be able to permit me make some changes in the future or to create more categories and products. I also need to set up a shopping cart with pay processing, Paypal, and a simple shopping cart. Products are like 50 total. I need a logo for the website which includes a lizard that has to be illustrated in a fun and attractive way. English/Spanish speaker a plus but no necessarily required.
