Architecture Website in Joomla

This is a project for someone experienced in JOOMLA. We need to built a basic architecture website in Joomla. This is a mandatory. The website MUST be in spanish. We will provide menus and you will need to create the website. We accept Joomla templates (like the ones shown here: [login to view URL]), BUT, we need beautiful architecture template. No BLACK background templates. We need clear, easy to read and navigate template. The website MUST have the following pages: INICIO SERVICIOS PROYECTOS ACERCA DE EDINCO CONTACTENOS Inside the above pages, we will add other pages, for example, in SERVICIOS, there will be Sub-menus: Diseño, Interventoria, Construcción, Gerencia de Proyectos Inside PROYECTOS, we need provider to add a very nice way to show projects, like a gallery where a customer can click and read more about the proyect and see more pictures. We will provide content (text and pictures) and samples if needed. Modules: 1. The CONTACTENOS page can be a simple a form with the following fields: Nombre (obligatory) Apellido (obligatory) Compañia (not obligatory) Email (obligatory) Teléfono (obligatory) Ciudad (obligatory) País (obligatory) Servicio deseado (choose from dropdown list the following services: Diseño, Interventoria, Construcción, Gerencia de Proyectos) Comentarios (text box) 2. Vtiger Module: Vtiger CRM (in spanish) must be installed. The URL for vtiger should be [login to view URL] 3. News (Noticias): We will add news about industry and trends to our website, we need this module to manage these articles AND vistors should be able to subscribe by entering their name and email ([login to view URL] list) . Please note this is important. We should be able to catch customer email and be able to enter them into a list to receive our newsletter. How to do this? Well, you need to give us COST-EFFECTIVE recommendations. We will provide access to hosting to provider selected.
