Background Image needed for our Website

Hi, I'd like to have made a background image to be used on all the pages of the website. It will be like a cartoon type of image - no real pictures. Feel of image: Fun Vibrant and colourful Full of Energy Excitement Presenting a cool brand In browsers, the size of this image should automatically adapt to the size of the browser, without any scroll bars. We want the main emphasis to be on the bottom, left and right hand of the pages because in the middle of the pages will be text, boxes,video etc. In this image: Foreground of image We want 2-3 people on each side of the page in a group (closely bunched together) Symbolising group buying! People Dressed up as: Business Owners - Power suit and ties Casual business owners - Short sleeve polo and pants/jeans Please have a mix of men and women with different hair colour black, brown, blonde We want the vibe to be fun, energetic and colourful - everyone happy to see the sweet deals. Maybe have some with people’s hands in the air, waving or even some people jumping for joy. I especially want: One person holding a sign saying "Up to 90% off" One person to hold a sign "BIG SAVINGS FOR SMALL BUSINESS" One person Yelling the word SWEET! One person holding a sign "Giving Back to Charity" In the background: Blue sky with white fluffy clouds at the top (Keep in mind for the shade of blue, some of our text will be in white make sure it can blend with this well) Cityscape/ shop buildings in the background Would love to see example or mock ups to strengthen your chance to win the project. Potential work for good work! More details will be given to successful freelancer. Find attached some ideas. Also find the potential layout ideas attached. From the quality of my work i'm sure you're aware why i need a freelancer : ) This is just a rough guideline nothing set in stone but the middle is where we will add text , video etc. I like the building that i have attached i like the whole feel of the cityscape plus natural landscape feel free to work on this concept or similar to it.
