Banner/header for my daily deals website - repost

I need a banner/header for my daily deals website. I already have a logo and I want to have the same colors as the banner, would also like it to have a two tone color. I would like 20 pixel above the logo so that there is a wide space between the links and the top of the page. I would like there to be a in location 3 (see attached file) with the words as they are stated. This must be centered between the cart information and the logo, for a sample please refer to homelinencollections.com. The banner must have with it links such as log-in, about us, contact us, email newsletter, faq, cart with the total amount displayed before checkout etc displayed on the top right corner. The check out box must have matching colors with the words above the cart with links. The links above the cart must be their own div, similar to the links on homelinencollections.com. Please refer to [login to view URL] for sample of cart information and to [login to view URL] to the links above the cart. Also, there must be a border around the shopping cart and total $ amount. For the menu link as shown in attached file location 5, I will need a horizontal menu link with the names as shown (similar to [login to view URL]). They must all link to the homepage. The color scheme idea must put into account the look for these links too. I would like it to have revisions and would need a couple of different sample creative designs using colors and different ideas.
