Brand Identity and Logo for a New Restaurant

I am looking for an agency or individual who can create a brand identity including logo and select a font/typeface that will be used in all media including web & print for a new restaurant. The look is to be fresh and crisp appealing to an urban customer. Selected provider will receive brand tone, brand goals, customer overview and a sample of items and prices for the menu. Final output for the logo work will include file delivery and output in .ai, .eps, .pdf and .jpg. Additional deliverable items like business card template will be an editable .ai file. The letterhead will be created in Microsoft Word and an editable .pdf file and a powerpoint template. During the creative review process, the logo will be shown in a variety of contextual situations such as a sign on a building, online/social media, a sample business card, letterhead and company clothing. The agency selected will be able to show a history of creating crisp, clear business identities that quickly define the product and/or service of the organization while differentiating that product or service from the competition. We are aiming for a July 1, 2011 delivery of final files to the client. Selected agency may also be selected to develop the company web site and other collateral like printed menus & flyers if they have the experience and expertise. Please include links to your portfolio.
