CPA Type Landing Page Designer

I am looking for an experienced CPA landing page designer for possible ongoing work. I need you to be able to work with me on a daily basis and be able to do a few designs per day if needed. Here is an example of a CPA type landing page: [login to view URL] Most of these are simple one page designs. Some may have to have a form for an email address or other information that autofills on the CPA offer page. These designs should be valid xhtml/html and css and come with the PSD file as well. I am looking for a price range of about $25. A lot of times the graphics will already be available from the CPA landing page because they usually match well. If not you should have access to some stock photos free of copywrite. Please PM samples of work like this and pricing per page (if you don't have one available please do a quick mock up). I would prefer someone experienced designing CPA type landing pages and who is creative because you will need to come up with different and original designs.
