A site allowing a car user to register and share his car problem experiences with other car owners. A registered user is able to find his current or past problems and save them on the problem list. While saving the problem list, a registered user is able to input his own experience of what he has done for his particular problem(s), and indicate the year he had discovered the problem (brand new car - year discovered problem). The problem(s) will be tagged and used to search other users' way of fixing the car; other users who also have similar problems. The search result will be based on the problem itself and other tagged problems. The results with the most matched tags will be displayed in a descending order just like the google search. This is a dynamic website to be designed with Ruby on Rails. This website will be serving a niche market. After you have completed the project with high degrees of reliability, security, and required functionality, we may then go indepth with long term cooperation. The entire project must be done with open source codes. No proprietary technology.
