Custom Logo, Background, & CSS for Ning Site

We are seeking a long-term relationship with a very talented graphic artists to create a logo, background images and the color scheme that we will use for our new African film and filmmakers website. We are seeking an artist with a demonstrated multicultural style and awareness. The site is being created using the [login to view URL] platform, experience with this service is a big plus. We can provide the URL for the temporary site for your review. If you are selected, you will deliver in a timely manner: 1. A high resolution logo and background graphic file 2. A CSS file of the suggested color scheme for the site or a hexidecimal list of the colors 3. A Jpeg mock-up of our site with the logo and color scheme implemented. We will upload the materials to the Ning site ourselves. Please provide links to sample works. Also, if you have created a Ning previously, please provide the URL. We have several other projects of this type, if we work well together.
