Custom Wordpress Theme

I'm looking for someone to code my portfolio site. I have a photoshop psd file already created and all that's needed is the coding aspect.

Budget: $100

Deadline: 1 week

Also there are a few other guidelines to follow:

iPad Compatibility
IE Compatibility
flexible width
Font Replacement (I will provide the font you need)
Make the site search engine friendly (meta-tags, link popularity, etc.)

Also in the future, I might want to add more then 6 post on the homepage (possibly to 9). Could you make it so that I could easily add another post via dashboard without altering any code?
