Design, build, install wordpress site

My client is a surfing and kayak building business. They wish to redesign their current site [login to view URL] and build a 'responsive' Wordpress site for ease of editing and viewing on multiple screen sizes. They prefer dark coloured backgrounds. They love the site at [login to view URL] especially the slalom section [login to view URL] with its simplicity of navigation They require a index page which has a rotating Javascript banner that is not just a rectangle on a page. They want a little style to it! The main menu requires 5 items - Products (requires sub menu with 5 links), Buy Online (requires sub menu with 2 links), company profile, constructions and contact. The bottom section of the page requires 3 social media plugins with live updates from rss, Facebook and Twitter. This should act as a footer which repeats on every page. The client favours the index page being visible without scroll bars. The 5 links on the 'Products' sub menu require a summary page with a neatly designed rotating banner similar to [login to view URL] with images of the world, but with a different country highlighted and the right side of the image taken by a vertical slice of one of their products with text across the main image showing their achievement in that country. Please design the image and provide us with image template in photoshop to replicate when required. This is a summary page for each of their 5 categories of product. These will require a menu to link to the actual product page. They like the concept of a secondary image slider with manual move for each product, similar in functionality to [login to view URL] The product page is a simple layout page, with main image, + vertical side image (similar to [login to view URL]) and description section. with a 'send enquiry' button which links to an enquiry form for that product. It would be a good idea if possible, to provide restricted access only to the editable sections for this section so that customer cannot break the design : Upload main image Upload second image enter product name enter description enter product specification Finished project for the freelancer is an initial design process with several design options for the customer to choose, continuing to build phase with a framework site as detailed above, with the addition of a functioning contact page, temporarily installed on a sub directory on the clients domain and then transferred to live site when the customer is ready.
