Below is the description of the intructions and process for designing your Website     Project will be accepted if following requirements are met:    1.      All files are provided with correct predefined names and sizes (see attached checklist)   2.      Website source files supplied in English (other languages will be generated automatically)  3.      Banners supplied in all languages separately (same filenames , but placed in the folders as follows: EN – English, GE- German, RU – Russian, NL – Netherlands, IT- Italian, SP – Spanish, FR – French, SL – Slovenian …)  4.      Banner should have same format as mentioned in Spreadsheet (type column).  5.      Flash banners should have their dimensions mentioned in the filename (ex. [login to view URL])  6.      Flash banners should be clickable buttons with the following parameter in button actions:  on (release)  {  getURL([login to view URL]); } or you have to provide FLA (source) files and Fonts used in flash banners to allow us to add that link parameter.   In the following explanation I will use one of ELG licensee’s websites as a sample.   Please visit www.poker4ever.com while reading instructions and try to keep all sizes and guidelines to make coding process fast.    1 – Website design process  1.      You have to redesign all PSD files (see checklist items 1 to 6). Please read comments in the spreadsheet   2.      Try to keep same width for Homepage (it is the optimal width for different screen resolutions available now in the market).  3.      Menu items should remain same as in the template ([login to view URL]), IT may add/remove some items upon licensee request (please contact ELG licensee manager to discuss).  4.      There is a Layer Group named Banner Placeholders. Please redesign your homepage and then make placeholders for all your banners (only for banners, not for images or backgrounds) and name them according to the banners, which you have to provide after the website is ready (to help us cutting banners).  5.      There are your Homepage and Subpage banners (we accept GIF, JPG, SWF formats).  I have uploaded Banner templates and www.poker4ever.com has some sample banners in FTP/TEMPLATES/BANNERS/ Folder.  6.      Homepage Top area with you logo also could be done in Flash, but remember that this will stay the same for all languages (so please make it suitable for all languages).  7.      There is a payments.swf (file is uploaded to FTP/TEMPLATES/BANNERS folder, now we have two versions long and short, choose which one you want) banner on the bottom of the homepage (see checklist item 10).  Generally we use the same payment methods for all licensees.  Depending on licensees preferences, any of these methods can be removed or new ones added (if changes are necessary please contact me).  8.  All files (PSD, JPG,GIF, SWF, FLA) and fonts used on the webpage and banners should be placed in separate folders (WWW, BANNERS, GAME, SOURCES…).  9.      Before beginning to design your banners, please go through below mentioned websites and see which banners they have in subpages and how they’re made. (Screenshots are available in FTP/TEMPLATES/WEBSITE/Screenshots folder).  10.  (yes there is a practice money vesions to) If you plan to have Practice Money (PM) only version of you Real Money (RM) website (for example: RM –  [login to view URL], PM – www.yourbrandname.net )then you should also provide PM banners for PM homepage, which should be exactly of the same size and have the same names as RM homepage banners, but there should be no reference to money, deposits, bonuses, freerolls, etc (you may use such phrases like: Play for Free, Poker School). Real Money website banners should be placed in FTP/YourBrandName/BANNERS/RM folder (each language in its own folder), and Play Money Banners in - FTP/YourBrandName/BANNERS/PM folder.  11.  For PM website you should provide another banner to replace payments.swf banner, called –  [login to view URL]  12.  There are also icons/graphics (see checklist items 16-26) which are used to build your website (See samples in FTP/TEMPLATES/IconsGraphics folder. We will use those files until you provide new ones (they should be named exactly same, and have same dimensions and same file types) .   After all the files are checked, they will be sent to IT for programming.   Here are some links:   http://www.poker4ever.com  http://www.pokernightshift.com  [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] http://www.pokeraddict.com/asp/pokeraddict.asp  [login to view URL] [login to view URL] http://www.pokerigrok.com
