The term “Software” includes, and these terms and conditions also apply to, any updates, modifications an upgrade to the Software that you may receive from time to time. 1. Project Duration The project time duration will be a thorough decision of client and Tech Futuristic. For duration, we mean the time span of the project from start to finish, it will deeply mutual to the requirements and other critical constrains. 2. Standard Maintenance /Service Support We provide standard maintenance for one year (365 days) on our software products and services. The maintenance will include “update”, not “upgrade”.
