I am looking for a single or group of freelance web developers to design a website to connect advanced gamer's with amateur gamer's who are seeking coaching and may or may not be willing to pay the coach for these services.
The website will ideally have a splash page which separates users into one of three groups - prospective coaches, prospective students and users who have already registered as one or the other.
Coaches will have to register information such as email address as well as other info relevant to their experience, location, preferred time (in both local and GMT), what level of skill they would like to teach, what role they would like to teach (if relevant), and if they would like to offer their service for free or charge. If they would like to charge, the will need to enter their pay-pay details (or a relevant reputable institution) and a % cut will be retained by the website. A short 'about me' / 'why I like the game' / 'why I want to teach this game' section should be included as well.
Students will have to register their email address as well as other info relevant to their experience, location, and skill level, along with what role they would like to play (if relevant).
Once registered users will be directed to a search splash page which shows available coaches (both free and those charging) as well as a search engine which will allow users to search by a number of options including - location, experience and price. A calendar may need to be displayed in order to show whether the coach is available at that time (this feature is not 100% required as a base and could be included at a later date).
Students should be able to communicate with a coach by a messaging system and, once a coach has accepted, a notice should be sent to the student telling them that their lesson has been confirmed. If it is a paid lesson a payment confirmation page should be displayed in order to confirm the lesson, and a % cut will be retained by the website.
Once the lesson has been completed, an email should be generated and sent to the student allowing them to rate and comment on their coach which will then be displayed on the coaches rating page.
