Build Wordpress Plugin for Instagram (READ DESCRIPTION)

This is a site where instagram followers/likes are bought. The process needs to be automated so that the orders are automatically sent through to the supplier.

What it needs to be able to do if followers are bought:

1. Collect an individuals instagram username as well as a contact email address.

2. Then take the user to paypal to make a payment.

3. Send instagram id to the supplier via API.

What it needs to be able to do if likes are bought:

1. Collect an individuals instagram username as well as a contact email address.

2. Pull the images from the users instagram profile.

3. Allow users to select which images they want to use.

4. Then take the user to paypal to make a payment.

5. Send links of the images to the supplier via API.

Note for both of these processes, the plugin needs to notify the user to remove the privacy settings on their instagram account if it is private.

Backend

- I would also like to manage orders from the backend.

- If would be nice if I can configure the API just in case I change suppliers.

- I would like orders to be marked as paid, unpaid, processing, or completed from the order page.

- Be able to manage paypal gateway (paypal)

- Similar setup to WooCommerce would be nice. However, I will allow you to use your own judgement to make a decent admin panel in the backend. You can surprise me. :)

Fraud Protection

To prevent against fraud, the email address that they put in on the order form must be the same as the email address which they use for paypal.

if order is over a certain amount of dollars, verification email will be sent to the paypal email to have them verify the order before it is processed.
