Looking for an Eastern European coder, who is an Expert with CSS/CSS3 & HTML/HTML5, along with beautiful form design (jQuery/ajax). No coding or database is required, just need the designs. Please show me examples of past similar work with your bid. You will be paid $100 and a perfect review.

I am building an online service. Part of the service will consist of an 'inscreen-popup' to appear.
A perfect example of this can be seen here using Google as an example: [login to view URL]
I don't need any graphics done, or any code that creates the actual 'in screen popup'. All I need is the design inside the popup, along with a simple border and shadow exactly like shown in the example link above.
When you think about it, it's the same as designing a web page.
I'll need about 12 of them. Once we have 1 made to perfection, all the rest have just small changes in content. Forms will be included, but don't need to be coded to work/connect with a database.
We will go over the first 'in screen popup' until we have it absolutely perfect, then make the rest off of that template. I will provide content and design layouts and work with you to help. I'll need you to host your work only while we work on it. Please treat them as in-screen popups, by providing a dimmed/darkened website in the background.
Needs to look perfect and the exact same on all 4 major browsers of Chrome, Firefox, IE, and Safari.
Needs to look perfect and the exact same on PCs, Macs, and Tablets.
Does NOT need to be SEO (search engine optimized)
Please have it centered both by height and width of person's monitor/resolution, and a fixed height/width chosen by you, that is similar to example link shown above.
