Convert a Template to a Website

I have attempted to design websites in the past on my own, and they end up looking unprofessional. I need someone to convert a website template (Preferably Wordpress, as I am familiar with that one). This website is for selling high end nike shoes, if that helps. I am open to suggestions of all features that should be added to make the site better! Website Needs to feature the following: -Store Section where products can be purchased -On product page, be able to select shoe size with description and also have the ability to put youtube video on page -"Add to Cart" where you can add products and continue shopping, or even return later and have them still be there -Accept all major credit cards ASWELL as Pay Pal. (Please inform me if any other payment methods should be added) -I would like to also have a mailing list subscription available at some place on the site -Blog portion of the site -A home page that displays products (must be stylish) Those are the essentials, everything else is up to you! I would like a professional looking website and will pay more for quality. Please ask me if you have anymore questions!
