Create an Animation

I want somebody to make the Introductory page for my Website, which would be as follows: -It will have an animation lasting a couple of seconds -The concept is that one would see a partially cloudy sky -A stork holding a basket in its mouth would enter the frame from the top right corner and would fly till the left center of the screen before it turns to exit from the bottom right -Before the exit the Stork will drop the basket (center bottom) which would open up to expose a new born baby who would have just 1 curled hair on its head, a smile and big blinking eyes -There should be a gurgling/ laughing sound in the background - Using the "rope font" - (Color combination sky blue and white right through the center of the screen it should be written "bundle of joy"). The rope should start before the letter "b" and should continue after the letter "y" and it should be written in cursive handwriting with space in between the words, however without a break in the rope All the things mentioned need to occur in a sequence one after another. Once the name "bundle of joy" comes there should be a link/button to enter the website The same needs to be converted to a logo. (Logo will include the Stork on right hand corner, Baby center bottom and "bundle of joy" center in rope font). All in the exact color combination
