Adsense site generating $10-$15 per day

I require an Adsense website designer that can produce a website that earns minimum $10 a day. The site must meet the following conditions: - Domain name search - Provide overview plan before starting the project - Contain unique content with unique posts/articles for one year. 50 premade, pre-written, original articles that are keywork rich must be included. - Must be original and SEO optimised with keywords used frequently - SEO Marketing as required - Must generate $10 - $15 per day - WordPress based WEBSITE - Any niche except adult, Pharma, violence, gambling,gossips, fashions,, website about moneys are not acceptable sites. MUST ADHERE TO ADSENSE "TERMS OF SERVICE" 100% - All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing - Must contain related images to niche topic and free royalty - Design must be neat and optimised to attract people to click on the ads - Unique organic traffic (no bots or traffic buy sites) - Not Autoblogs - Must Be Adsense optimized - Have my Google Analytics plugin installed and linked to the same Google account as adsense - Install all the blog on my hosting, ready to work. -Payment will be held for 30 days until it has been proven that the site is generating $10 a day in my adsense account. -Please provide some previous sites that you have built that are similar to this. -Advise on how you intent to drive traffic. No bots, no systems, it must be natural, real human traffic. I plan on developing a relationship with the person who accepts this job for future projects that will be at a larger scale.
