Data Graphing Website

Project Description: I have a series of excel data sets - roughly 100 sets - that I would like to display using this open source software, [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The data is categorised into 11 categories and each category will require its own page. So I need a horizontal menu with the 11 categories and then a series of graphs to display the data on each page. I also need floating blog-bar on the left with headlines for the latest posts and social media widgets. I will be writing blog posts periodically and need the most recent to be visible on all pages. The data is already collected and categorised and the chart type to display the data is stated in the notes for that data. The data sets displayed need to be switched on/off by clicking on the legend. As with the examples shown on High Charts I will need the same box in the right hand corner with download, print, etc. But I will also need a expanding scrollable text-box in the left hand corner that will display information on how the data was collated. The back end for most of these graphs simply use require CSV files, in terms of the admin interface I would like to be able to edit the written information in the text box and update the information periodically. In terms of the map data, we would like 5-6 data sets by Province, for China. We will need last years' data mapped onto a map of China by Province using the Highmaps software. One of the maps will provide international comparisons so the user will need to select two countries and an index for comparison. Overall style should match Dark Unica used in the graphs or a similar theme. I will provide a logo and URL.
