DESIGN WEBSITE with JOOMLA

I have used get a freelance and had my web site designed. I am very happy, But the web desinger has now moved on to busier projects. I need my website re arranged a little bit here and there. This will be a one time help at this time and as we change the website around in the future, I will call you again. You must know Jooomla very well. The last help, was not able to get a request completed, since he did or was not able to get it configured with Joomla. I basically need my home paged changed only a little at this time. I have a log in requirement at this time. NOw I need to cancel the log in requirment at this time. I will request to be tought how to change it back from whom ever I choose to help on this order. As time goes on from month to month. At some time, I will need help again to change things on the web site again. If this is something you can take care of, then please place your bid. I am only willling to pay about $50 to $100 tops.
