Design my non-profit site

What I am looking for is something basically like [login to view URL] Just a few changes. I am looking for about a 9 page site. About Us, Donate, Partners, Sponsor, Volunteer, Events, Photos, Contact, Store. I would like for our Partners and Sponsor page to have clickable thumbnails of their site kind of like [login to view URL] For our Donate page I want the same as the bestbuddies site. On our Events page I want it to have a calender that can be updated and that people can click on the dates of the events and the event will pop up. For our store I have the link to our [login to view URL] store that I want use for that page. I also have the codes for our online shopping with [login to view URL] and the code for the widget. As far as colors this is what I am looking for. Main page I want to be green and orange, About Us page I would like it to be an aqua blue. The Donate page I would like to be red & black. The Partners page I would like it to be blue and gold also the Sponsor page. All other pages I would like to have them be a mix of all the colors mentioned above. For a logo I am looking for something with the State Of Florida and the Sun over the State with South Florida Cares on the south part of the State. Being that this is a non-profit company and i am founding it I will not have a very large budget for this project but in addition to payment I am willing to have the desinger place a link to their page via our Sponsors page.
