C# Web Application

We're designing a C# web application which will display and modify data for a payroll system. In this job posting we are only seeking the front end development for this project. The back end database access will be developed concurrently by a separate team. We are looking for a high quality application suitable for a banking environment. Security will be most important and your bid should very briefly discuss steps you will take to ensure this. All of the business logic will be handled for you and data will be fetched and updated via a Remote Method Invocation system over TCP/IP. The web app will simply call a provided method and be returned a success code and data to display. We will work in concert with the winning bidder to define the layout of this exchange. You will not be responsible for any business logic and do not need any knowledge of the inner workings of a payroll system. If you are interested and feel you can deliver good C# code on time, please provide links to samples of web applications you have developed in the past. We will be expanding our requirements significantly in future specs but for the purposes of this bid we will require the following screens and no more. -Secure user login -Enter New Hire -Modify employee -System functions Process payroll period BiWeekly Semi-Monthly Monthly Print Checks Reprint Checks Close payroll Process Month end payroll Process Semi Monthly payroll -Monthly payroll withholding and payments -Add payroll check -Display payroll checks open closed by time period by employee -Void payroll Check -Modify open payroll check Please ask as many questions as you like. We don't want to waste time with a developer who cannot complete this project with a high degree of quality.
