Requirements to bid for this project: 1.-Must show an example of any other project that would have a gaming rewards system included like: http://www.freelancer.com/users/game/index.php?current_tab=overview. 2.-Free lancer must have time availability of at least one hour during the day to receive our calls, either from 9-10 am or from 5-6 pm UTC -6 Guadalajara & Mexico City wich is similar to US central standard time. We need to create a rewards gamification system for our website to motivate costumers to purchase more arrangements for their friends and family thru different levels of discounts and give rewards as they continue to explore the site, create and complete their profile and purchase more arrangements and products. It would be similar to what the [login to view URL] website would have as far as rewards badges and points of gamification system. It could include sharing with their friends on social sites bringing and sharing the site thru email and importing emails from other accounts, games, exploring, profile completeness, purchasing more gifts, etc.

Until recently, I was a game designer for a HK based start up company engaged in developing eLearning activities called 3D Avatar School. Prior to that were consultancy / employed work for game studios both here in Hong Kong and Manila dealing with ux/mechanics/economy/level design work. My expertise as a Game Designer was the inevitable outcome that stemmed from leveraging on my quick technical learning skills gathered in the multimedia industry ranging from graphic, video, interactive, sound and animation design.
