Build profitable websites USD$5~20/day

Hi,

I need websites that makes USD$5~20 per day. I need a mentor. (I have a IT background.)

You can help in building the sites OR guide me to build the sites. ( It can be like a partnership )

I'll provide the hosting. I'll buy the domain at your suggestion.

Requirements/rules:

1. The site should continue to maintain earning for at least 12 months after site completion

2. Do not violent adsense & paypal TOC. Will not result in Adsense account banning or site being sandboxed by Search Engine.

3. No porn or adult content.

4. Everything must be 100% legal and all copyrights and ownership belong to me.

5. You will get paid only after my website start earning money.

6. Method not limit to building websites for Adsense or affiliate.

If your guidance are good and help me to earn at least USD$10/day/site, then you will get your bidding amount ( my budget is USD$150~250 neg.) PLUS profit-sharing (see below).

If everything go very well, I will give you some bonus (may be USD$100~200 or more, depend on the earning, annually.)

(For profit-sharing) After the sites is earning income, you will get 20~50% (depend on the works that you help in the process) of the earning for the next 12 months. If the site stops to earn money i will stop paying, and there will be no payment until it'd start earning money.
