Craigslist Style Classifieds for Travelers & Hosts

Looking for a simple craigslist style classified ad website where people who want to travel and stay free will connect with folks who offer their home (hosts) for free stays. Hosts can post their home by filling out a simple secure registration form. Such profile won't expire unless hosts de-activate their listing. Some basic information will be displayed to the general public about these homes, but most of it will be hidden. Travelers won't be able to connect with hosts unless they also register at the web site for free. A paid subscription-only level will enable travelers to premium services in the future. That is not part of this project, but will consider ideas. I need a web site that will be able to handle all the forms, registration, mailing list, newsletters, and enable me to do a lot of the administration and content management in the back end.
