A New Wordpress Website for a new sales and consultancy business.
Front end website will include shop capabilities and payment options.
Back-end requires full comapny process.
Customer enquiries, Custormer sales/prospects database. When a sale is made, should feed info to integrated accounts system/pluging AND most importantly our Office365 company calendar should integrate. Our sales team and consultant team should be able to add their availability online, and have bookings made for them online. (This calendar functionality is the key to our business, i.e how do we manage our staff automatically..
One final complication is that each new client will need to have a private page where they can see notes from their consultant and interact with the consultant.
It's a big website - 50 pages, lots of data we will imput ourselves.
we wish to capture clients details, sell them things automatically, sell them our consultants time, have the client automatically book apointments with the consultant from a live diary. In the background we need a note keeping system for each client and and an accounting system to bill them and work out commision for the consultants.
Simple!
We might need to look at design for the site, but the structure on Wordpress is the first step.
