Convert textpattern template to Wordpress

We need a template converted for [login to view URL] from the current textpattern to wordpress. In wordpress it should have the following features: - widget ready - drop down menu - menu features "pages" and one of the menu items should be "categories" then a drop down with the categories - front page is a splash screen with changeable image as current (option to add text and widgets) - one menu item to be "blog" that pulls from specific category called blog (optional to turn this on or off depending if there is a blog category present) - this site will utilize wordpress plugin for ecommerce so take this into consideration when designing. - original work, do not steal or copy other peoples templates for this work, we will review the code to make sure its not stolen or copied.
