Design and build a wordpress site

PLEASE READ THIS SPEC IN FULL BEFORE BIDDING. I'm looking to build a new product blog. I've attached a few wireframes and below is a spec. What I need is the design work AND the wordpress work done. Please look at [login to view URL] and [login to view URL], note the objective of the site. (Please note, I do not want to copy or replicate these sites in any way, I’m just using it as an example of the TYPE of site I want to create; best products in certain categories.) I am looking to create a wordpress site that looks different but performs the same function, i.e. the best product in certain categories. Specifically in this instance, I want to do it in travel. I have attached wireframes for the three main sections; homepage, category page, product page. Initially there will be 5 categories of product/content: Hand Luggage Gadgets Checked Luggage Accessories Toiletries Homepage: I would like the homepage to have a two column layout. The main column should start with a text intro to the site, followed by a featured product (which I should be able to set via category or tag). Please, no sliders or anything like that. The rest of the main column should be populated with the top-level product categories, and under each category, the three most recently posted items. At the bottom of each category would be a link to the entire category listing. Again, similar to thewirecutter in that regard. So the format for the category listings would be: <category icon> <category name> (linked to rest of category items) - <item 1 subcategory> (linked to item article) <item 1 product name> (linked to item article) - <item 2 subcategory> (linked to item article) <item 2 product name> (linked to item article) - <item 3 subcategory> (linked to item article) <item 3 product name> (linked to item article) <link to rest of category items> So for example: Hand Luggage - Best Laptop Bag Targus One - Best Day Bag KILBURN II No. 156 - Best Backpack Northface alpine More Hand Luggage… Product Page As per the wireframe, the product page would start with the global intro text (like the homepage), and then have an image of the product. Underneath the image are breadcrumb links, followed by the product/post title. Please note, the product/post title does not equal the product name so there will need to be an additional field in the admin for the actual product name - have a look at the wireframe to see what I mean. There will also need to be a field in the admin for the price and purchase link so the the “buy now” buttons can be rendered. After the social links, there is a block of text which is the summary of the content and will be in a larger font than the main body of text. [login to view URL] does a great job of this. The “data section” of the page is free form text for weights, dimensions, etc. Layout The right column of the layout would be for site updates that would be text and links only. The top nav should have the logo of the site, the categories of product, and a search bar. The footer should just have links to each of the categories.
