We need to build a 3 page ASP.NET MVC application. We have screen mock-ups of what is required. The Web application needs the following 3 pages: 1) A home page that has some static content. There is a large region in the center of the home page that has a place holder for dynamic content. Only 1 real estate listing (listing image, listing title and description) will be shown in this "dynamic content" region at a time. An Ajax request using ASP.NET MVC / jquery will retrieve a the next listing to be displayed. The listings will alternate at a configurable interval. This configurable interval (in seconds) should be stored in the database or [login to view URL] file. 2) A page to manage listings (Add, edit and delete) and the order in which they are displayed. Optionally the text control to edit the real estate listing description should be an RTF text editor if possible. The RTF text editor for the real estate description is an optional requirement. 3) An "About Us" page that has some text and some images that we will supply. Once we have selected the appropriate candidate we will provide screen mock-ups and any other items that may be required. Please see the attached image for a rough mock up of the home page.
