Add JQuery Slide Out Effect to HTML Page & Set it for Mobile

Check Attached JPEG file and below is needed.
1. HTML file for the page is ready and need to add jquery effect.
2. Notice Leftbar with Logo / Navigation / Address
3. When Clicked on any link on Navigation on leftbar, The bar with "Welcome to Union Hotel" should slide out from left.
4. I have different Content area for each menu item, you just need to set JQuery so that it slides out from left when click on any item on navigation.
5. Now notice Small Pink bar on the right of content bar, that is scroll, you need to make any div scroll (i will give it html / css myself) so content on only content bar scrols but background and navigation stays fixed.
If any question, please ask, i need this project very urgently (max by tomorrow 11:00am, so only accept if you are 100% sure and have knowledge of JQuery.
