I’m building an e-training platform similar to udemy with domain name The platform when completed will be used to ;
• market and teach people courses like; IT and software, academics, photography, Office productivity, Language, music etc
• train students online using video tutorial
• issue instant and verifiable certificates
(i have uploaded ms word document that fully describes what to be done including setting up the theme features)
I used a premium WordPress theme named ‘Skilled LMS theme’. I hosted it with Hostgator using their baby plan for a start. I also bought and installed Sensei plugin for content marketing and creation. The site is also secured and verified with SSL Comodo from hostgator.
I’m newbie in WordPress. With the help of video tutorials, web developing and graphic designing experience, I was able to do some customizations in the site. I have installed theme, created logo and positioned it, created corporate email as changed some images in the homepage, installed sensei, replaced homepage slides, edited some texts and write-ups in the home page etc.
So to save time and get this platform up and running in like a week or more depending, I have decided to work with a freelancer that can do the job well and on time too without drying my pocket. If the freelancer satisfies me, the person will be my permanent freelancer I will be assigning job to.
