Build an Online Store

I have a small plugin to work with a Test Management tool (HP ALM) and now i'm looking to sell this plugin through my webiste. In summary, I need to update mu static website to sell this plugin and control og this plugin through license key monitoring License Model: per PC/annum More details: C# Component --------------------- Connects to license server and register the computer which uses the Tool. Checks the license and allow / reject using the tool. Web-service ----------------- Users section Users should be able to register with the business email only (email should not be from gmail,yahoo,outlook and hotmail) Users should be able to download the software after login to portal (download link should be enabled for login users only) User should be able to select number of licenses and buy them through the portal (payment in USD) Should be able to use paypal (includes login with paypal acct and option to pay with credit/debit card) and another payment gateway for credit cards User should be able to see the licenses and it's status (active/inactive) he have bought User should be able to see all the computers connected with the license User should be able to contact the administrator from the portal (to remove a computer / for any valid reasons) User should be able to use the application without license only for two days User should be able to manage his profile details User should be able to change password (via forget password link) User should be able to download the receipt All email should be formatted in html template (with tritusa logo) Admin section Admin should be able to see all the registered users Should be able to see and download purchased licenses report Should be able to see and download licenses purchased by each user Should be able to remove and add a computer for license Should be able to increase / decrease number of computers for a license Should be able to see and download user details Admin should be able to change password
