Build a Website

I need an on line interactive group study website/ system in which one can add different files in different folders such as lectures, quizes, asignments, notes. The interface of the website should be interactive and good looking. One can 1. Sign up and login to the web site. 2. See different groups and discussion among them only if one gets sign up or gets permission for the groups. 3. Select from the suggested groups. 4. Send instant text messages. 5. Chat with group members. 6. Video Chat with group members. 7. On line users can be scene as in facebook. 8. upload, download or can read files/documents on line. 9. Text-to-speech any of the files/ documents. I need all these to be implemented in C# and asp.net and I need not only the live website that is witch works perfectly and can be accessed from different systems simultaneously but I need the whole project source code itself so that if I need I can edit the code later on according to my scope. If Possible I will need the documentation and UML Implementation as well.
