I have a website I would like replicated with a few additions and changes. The website will be used to manage assignments received from clients. The website will need to provide mapping capabilities as well as varying user roles and permissions. I would like this web application to be developed in either Ruby on Rails or [login to view URL] and TDD is preferred. The application needs to have a robust API so assignments can be sent to the application from external sources and consumed within the application. Robust reporting will need to be developed as well. The application should have the capability of having subdomains for different clients (i.e. [login to view URL] and [login to view URL]) to differentiate the client's systems. I would like the application to be "modular" meaning if the client only wants or needs to use certain portions of the application, they will not be forced to see everything. I would like a protoype developed within 30 days with the possibility of ongoing work for future enhancements. I expect there to be questions. Please do not respond with a simple "this is something we can do". I want to know if you have experience developing extensive web applications using the platforms I mentioned. A URL of the website I would like to have cloned can be provided upon request.

Hey there. Go ahead and send the compset you're looking at. This is up our alley. We've built custom ecommerce platforms from the ground up for Volkswagen, build internal apps for companies and all sorts of crazy things. We're definitely the company that can do this. We can handle design, and development, just development, online marketing, whatever. We've got this. The only problem I foresee is budget. Either 1. You don't realize the nature of the beast and how much time this is going to take, or how projects like this can often be Pandoras box, and all the contents inside are more Pandoras boxes.. 2. You do realize how much this will take, but you're looking for an indian company. Which let me tell you, will end up being a waste of time and likely end up with an unusable product. Anyways - i think I have a lot of insight to offer. Let's chat
