Build an elearning website on AWS, incorporating moodle.

We are looking for someone who has excellent experience and a proven track record of building a scalable and practical elearning website and database, hosting it on AWS and incorporating the use of moodle. There also needs to be ecommerce compatibility. The company is education focussed, and you will be expected to build a new website (on our domain) to deliver courses and other materials, using AWS for storage, compliance and security. Moodle must be available for use as a teaching medium. The back end of the system must be intuitive and easy to use. Once built, you will need to train admin staff in the use of the system, across all functions. We are based in the south east of the UK, and therefore being based in the UK would be an advantage, but not essential. English must be your first language, as you will need a high standard of written English. The attached document gives an idea of the work that is required to start the project. As the project progresses, there will be much more work available. Please begin your response with proof of your relevant experience and with your agreement to our confidentiality clause.
