Convert PSD to WordPress Theme

Need to take current 2 page PSD design mock-ups and convert them to a fully functioning Custom WordPress Theme based on the Woo Canvas framework, bootstrap elements and contact form 7. Theme must be responsive and look exceptional on upper 90% of devices, platforms and browsers. This project must be completed within 7 days. Please do not apply if you do not have experience with Woo Canvas, Bootstrap, Contact Form 7 integration, PSD to WordPress Theme conversion and creating responsive designs. Successful applicant must be able to take existing PSD mock-up and create all initial graphical elements to support the theme. Successful applicant must be able to read, write and comprehend English. A demo site with admin login, theme and demo content installed must be provided prior to acceptance of completed project. Completed project must be submitted in a ZIP file ready to install.
