Convert a Template to a Website -- 2

Re-posting as previous freelancer did not begin after accepting.

This is the first of two websites for me (the second one is for the scuba dive shop)

Need a very small website for a family run Scuba dive boat - read carefully before bidding - no bids that say 'I am ready to start' without understanding requirements

The website has to be in Flash with CMS or Drupal - i have 2 examples from Templatemonster that I would look at starting points - one is Flash with CMS (can be done in any other platform too) and one is Drupal

Since it books dive trips, should be able to update it regularly.

Key requirements

Must be updatable by a novice - ie simple CMS for images, text and labels. Ability to add one or two more sections to site

Has to have a mobile version built in as many of its users will be travellers using Tablets and phones

Ability to get payments for trips - paypal and one other 3rd party payment merchant

Have the following sections

Home – the landing page where people first come to - this will have basic information and a couple of pictures as well as buttons to go to other sections

Other sections

• About xxxx diving

• Boat / Specs

• Schedule / typical itinerary / cost

• Book now – which will show availability / payment option

• Gallery - has to be a sexy format with thumbnails, swipes and ability to view in large screen mode

• News and useful information

• Contact us

Shall provide you keywords for metatags (but should be editable in CMS) - no need for you to generate any content or images - everything will be provided

Will need you to replicate look and feel of the final template that we choose - including mouseover effeces, page transitions image and font layouts etc

We will start with 2 alternatives that you will give home page for and then we will choose 1

Colour scheme black and blue - ocean colours and overall graphics to show corals and marine life
