Convert Web Page to Email Newsletter

We have an HTML newsletter currently built as a webpage that must be converted to an email template that will display exactly the same in as many email clients as possible.

The webpage is currently styled with CSS / XHTML Transitional 1.0. There is a single image for a masthead and it may contain a few images in the content in future editions.

The newsletter must look exactly the same when viewed in:

Outlook 2003

Outlook 2007

Outlook Express

Thunderbird

Eudora

Gmail

Hotmail

Yahoo Mail

- If a client does not allow images or links (stylesheets) to be downloaded from the web, all the formatting and content except for the images, must still display correctly.

- When forwarded from a client, the formatting must display correctly, but must not change other elements of the email that are not part of the newsletter.

- If the newsletter is printed on A4 or Letter paper, it must be printed exactly the same as it looks on the screen.

- Final result must adhere to XHTML Transitional 1.0. (eg.. use div's and styles. No font tags)
